By creating an account, placing a quote request, submitting an order, or otherwise accessing the SparesConnect platform operated by SparesConnect Pty Ltd (“SparesConnect”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SparesConnect is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. Our services are intended solely for use by registered businesses, sole traders, and authorised representatives acting on behalf of a legal entity. By registering or placing an order you represent that you are doing so in a business capacity.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All product prices displayed on our platform are indicative and subject to confirmation. A binding sale is only created when we issue a formal invoice and the order is confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Payment terms are as stated on your invoice. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Overdue accounts may incur interest and recovery costs in accordance with applicable Australian law.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at the time of quotation or order. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Certain products (e.g. special-order or electrical components) may not be eligible for return.

All content on the SparesConnect platform, including product descriptions, images, logos, and software, is the property of SparesConnect Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparesConnect’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
